In order to deliver quality Catholic education Holy Spirit School relies upon the collection of school fees and levies as a supplement to government funding. A variety of payment options are available to all families taking into consideration family situations and financial commitments.
Holy Spirit has a 2-tier fee structure which consists of a family fee (recurrent & capital) and then a levy is charged per child, with fees and levies being billed at the start of the school year and accounts sent to families each term.
Family Fee - $1700.00 (Recurrent & Capital)
Levy: $430.00 per child
The $430.00 Levy per child is allocated to: Booklists/classroom supplies, Educational texts, Swimming program, Sacramental programs, Excursions/incursions.
CAMPS, SPORTS AND EXCURSION FUND (CSEF)
CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities. If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF. A special consideration category also exists for asylum seeker and refugee families. The allowance is paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.
